Rental Guardian Plus Home Protection Plan perfectly aligns with our goal of providing the best protection for our homes.  With HPP the property is being insured and the guest is not involved in the claim process at all.
• Through Rental Guardian/Insure Stays, our guests are able to protect their trip from unforeseen circumstances.  They may choose between traditional Trip Insurance at 7% of the reservation cost or Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. For a cost of 3.8% more they can add CFAR, which as it says, allows a guest to cancel for any non-traditional covered reasons, and they will receive a 60% refund of their trip costs.
